The location is ideal—especially if you're going to a live show at Joy Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a convenient taxi call service at reception, available anytime for free. Plus, it's less than 20 minutes from the airport by car. Highly recommended!"

"After booking hotel I read reviews and was worried it would be a real dump I was pleasently surprised , the hotel was clean and only a hint of fragrance, the bathroom was clean and had everything you need , the bedroom was clean , fridge, coffee tea , water , tv , the bed was a bit hollow in the middle but I managed to sleep , air conditioning worked , breakfast was fine , selection of pastries , bacon , sausages , fried scrambled boiled eggs , hams and cheeses , sliced bread was hard been sitting a while , went to the skybar for drinks , nice atmosphere with music , no draught beer but a selection of bottles , underground parking is tight and limited spaces , receptionists were nice , helpful as were the staff in breakfast room and bar , there are a few things needed upgrading in rooms but for the price we could not complain"

Our room was modern, clean, very well equipped, and extremely spacious, which we really appreciated as a big family and one of the main reasons we initially booked this hotel. Our room was overlooking the beautiful mountains and the hotel's Japanese garden, which was a nice bonus The hotel has the nicest gym I have ever seen in any hotel in the world, with an amazing view of the waterfall and Japanese garden. It felt like a gym for celebrities The hotel staff were also very kind and recommended many local hidden gems off the beaten path. Overall highly recommended"

"The location is in the center. Trams rumble right under the window from 3.30 am, so opening the window at night is not very convenient. Breakfasts are good. The rooms are tired: shower holders, flush buttons fall off. The rooms are a bit dark, it is impossible to turn on a brighter light. The linen is clean. We were there in winter. The air in the room is very dry. Opening the window, despite the noise, did not help: at night, the throat and nose dried out so much that it hurt. For this reason, we left 2 days early. We asked for a refund at least for the last night - they refused."
